About the job Customer Success Operations Specialist

The Customer Success Operations Specialist is responsible for helping the Customer Success team be more productive, work more effectively, and deliver better service to the customers.

As a Customer Success Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Report directly to the Head of Global Customer Success
  • Be a champion of the product and its new features.
  • Work with global CSM team in planning and driving the upsell initiatives.
  • Monitor and report the metrics for the campaigns.
  • Be also involved in helping in conducting demos and presentations for interested clients worldwide.

Qualifications

  • Preferably with an account management, marketing, or business development background.
  • Any IT background or SaaS experience would be great
