Azeus Systems Limited is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to be part of our growing team for our product suite:

  1. Convene - diagnose, troubleshoot common problems, and identify solutions to resolve system and common issues
  2. Virtual AGM Platform - resolve technical issues raised during live meetings and provide ad hoc support needed by the facilitation, sales, and deployment teams 

This position requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing shift schedules as you may render technical support work on weekends and holidays, only when necessary.

Your Profile:

  • A graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any course related to Information Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
  • At least 1 year of experience in client-facing troubleshooting for both front-end and back-end systems
  • At least 1 year of experience in SQL
  • At least 1 year of experience in Java and web development (JavaScript, HTML)
  • Knowledgeable in the whole networking stack
  • Strong analytical and problem solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work well and react fast under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work independently
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have (knowledge or experience in):

  • Experience with WAFs like F5
  • Nginx
  • SIEM / ELK / Prometheus stack
