About the job Product Marketing Release Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and operationalize launch plans and manage its cross-functional execution and release coordination activities
  • Own the product roadmap from pre-launch to post-launch by crafting country-specific go-to-market strategies (pricing, promotions/distributions, value proposition, etc.) and tracking its status to ensure these are being carried out efficiently
  • Understand the scope and operational responsibilities of all cross-functional team and onboard each one of their roles in specific launches
  • Maintain an organized planner/calendar of future product launches
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that all marketing collaterals are executed
  • Coordinate with the sales team to equip them with the necessary information and materials that will help them sell the products to new and existing clients effectively
  • Coordinate with the support and deployment team in handling customer feedback and requests
  • Set KPIs for each product launch and take accountability of these success metrics
  • Evaluate product launch and check what processes can be further improved to avoid contingencies

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College degree in any field
  • With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in product marketing and product/project management
  • Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle is a plus
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Can coordinate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders of the company
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Can work well independently and in a team
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills must have a strong accountability
