About the job Sales Development Representative

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to support lead generation and cold outreach for a growing software company. This role is essential for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients among SGX-listed companies.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Source 20 new leads per week that meet our ideal customer profile: 
    • SGX-listed
    • Relevant sectors (e.g., real estate, manufacturing, healthcare)
  • Research and capture key data points (company size, ESG activity, contact info)
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM sheet

2. Cold Outreach Execution

  • Draft and personalize outreach emails using provided templates
  • Send 30 emails/day via email account or automation tool 
  • Monitor responses and support scheduling or next steps 
  • Target outcome: 10 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per month

3. Optional / Stretch Tasks (if capable)

  • Make 10 to 15 cold calls/day to follow up on email outreach (scripts provided)
  • Draft follow-up email sequences and calendar invites for booked demos


Requirements

  • Excellent written English and clear communication skills 
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and familiar with CRM tools 
  • Independent, resourceful, and comfortable with online research
  • Bonus: Prior experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or ESG-related industries
  • Bonus: Willingness and confidence to make cold calls
