As the Outbound Marketing Specialist, youll own a global outbound strategy creating scalable outreach frameworks, email drip campaigns, and prospect engagement programs that activate high-fit leads. Youll collaborate with regional teams to align messaging, target segmentation, and timing with inbound campaigns. This role combines strategic planning, automation, and hands-on execution to convert targeted prospects into SQLs.


Key Responsibilities

Outbound Strategy & Frameworks

  • Develop global outbound frameworks covering outreach cadence, messaging templates, and multi-channel touchpoints (email, webinars, and content campaigns).
  • Build and maintain centralised prospect lists segmented by region, industry, and ESG framework relevance.
  • Coordinate timing and targeting of outbound campaigns with inbound, paid, and content initiatives.

Email, Webinar, & Content Campaigns

  • Plan and execute outbound campaigns through email drips, webinar invites, and whitepaper promotions tailored to ESG audiences.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing and Product Marketing teams to identify high-performing content suitable for outbound use.
  • Optimise messaging, subject lines, and sequencing to improve engagement, attendance, and conversion rates.

Cross-Regional Alignment

  • Collaborate with Regional Growth Marketers to adapt global campaigns for local markets.
  • Support follow-up messaging for regional events, webinars, or lead generation campaigns.
  • Share outbound insights (responses, objections, engagement trends) with Product and Digital teams to refine messaging.

CRM & Data Coordination

  • Work with Marketing Operations to ensure outbound lists, UTMs, and campaign data are properly tagged and synced in CRM.
  • Track outreach results from first contact to SQL conversion and report on pipeline contribution.
  • Maintain data accuracy, ensuring segmentation by region, role, and industry is consistent across platforms.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in outbound marketing, demand generation, or B2B lead development.
  • Strong grasp of email marketing, automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar), and CRM systems.
  • Experience building and managing multi-step outreach sequences.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages to different personas.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams across time zones.
