Verde Valley Turf is seeking a Customer Experience Representative for our Queen Creek location. This person is the first voice customers hear, the first person they meet when they walk in, and the person who helps guide them through the process of selecting the right artificial turf solution.
No one here takes themselves too seriously, but the work is a different story.

The Mission
Create a welcoming and professional experience for every customer while supporting the daily operations of the Queen Creek showroom and office.
What You Will Own
This role supports both customer experience and office operations.
Key responsibilities include
- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Greeting walk-in customers and helping guide them through turf product options.
- Demonstrating and showcasing artificial turf solutions in the showroom
- Entering customer information and tracking activity in the CRM system
- Ringing up purchases and processing customer transactions
- Preparing and emailing invoices and documentation
- Counting and reconciling daily deposits
- Supporting the sales and operations team as needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
You will play an important role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, professional, and memorable.
What Success Looks Like
- Within the first several months, the right person will create a consistently positive experience for walk-in and phone customers
- Maintain accurate records and activity in the CRM system
- Keep showroom operations organized and running smoothly
- Support the sales team by ensuring customer information and orders are handled efficiently
- Help maintain a welcoming environment that reflects the quality of the Verde Valley Turf brand
