The Mission - Build and lead a practical, scalable human resources function that supports the growth of a multi state organization while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a strong employee experience.
What You Will Own - This role carries full responsibility for the HR function.
Key areas include
- Recruiting strategy and execution
- Benefits administration and vendor partnership
- HRIS management and process accuracy
- Employee relations and investigations
- Compensation and performance management
- Policy development and compliance across multiple states
- Supporting leadership with sound people strategy
You will partner closely with the executive team and serve as the primary advisor on people-related matters.
