At Reliable Landscape Services, we specialize in transforming outdoor spaces with artificial turf installations, custom stonework, and fire pits. With one crew focused on landscape remodeling and another dedicated to property maintenance, we are expanding fast and we need a strong leader to help drive sales and ensure smooth project execution.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Building Relationships: Meet with homeowners, property managers, and businesses to understand their needs and offer creative solutions.
• Creating Bids & Estimates: Develop clear, accurate project estimates that balance quality and profitability.
• Managing Sales Process: Follow up with leads, close deals, and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Coordinating Project Details: Work closely with crews to ensure schedules, materials, and timelines are aligned.
• Tracking Costs & Budgets: Ensure projects remain profitable while meeting customer expectations.

What Were Looking For:

• A Natural Closer: You know how to connect with people, ask the right questions, and confidently guide customers through decisions.
• Landscaping or Construction Knowledge: Experience with turf, hardscapes, or general outdoor projects is a plus.
• Estimator Skills: Experience creating bids and estimates that win jobs without sacrificing profit.
• Jobber Experience: Familiarity with bidding software like Jobber is a plus.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: You thrive on managing multiple projects without missing a beat.
• Bonus Points for Being Bilingual (English/Spanish).
