Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll operations across the US, Canada, and the Philippines. This role demands expertise in multi-country payroll compliance, hands-on experience with payroll systems (specifically ADP Workforce Now), and advanced skills in timekeeping and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage complex payroll and timekeeping functions efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees in the US, Canada, and the Philippines (Remote).
- Support accurate and timely payroll cycles (bi-weekly/monthly) in line with internal policies.
- Provide first-level support to employees for payroll and timekeeping-related questions.
- Review and validate employee timesheets for accuracy and compliance.
- Support the resolution of timekeeping issues and discrepancies.
- Responsible in maintaining accurate timekeeping records.
- Work with ADP payroll systems (experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus).
- Prepare payroll reports and data analysis.
- Prepare documentation and payroll-related audits.
- Stay informed on basic payroll regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably with exposure to US, Canadian, or Philippine payroll.
- Familiarity with timekeeping processes and payroll software.
- Experience using ADP systems (ADP Workforce Now is a plus).
- Experience using any Time tracking tools (Time Doctor is a plus)
- Basic understanding of payroll regulations and labor laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, formatting, basic formulas).
- With strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
