About Us

We are a high-volume silkscreen printing shop specializing in tote bags and a variety of promotional items. With multiple production lines, two shifts, and 15+ skilled employees in the Silkscreen Department, we operate in a fast-paced environment where quality and efficiency are everything. Our production floor is equipped with TV displays showing real-time job sequencing, and we have a dedicated order management and production planning team meaning youll spend less time chasing paperwork and more time driving quality and performance.

The Role
Were looking for a hands-on Silkscreen Production Manager who knows the craft inside and out someone who can identify the key behaviors that produce industry-leading quality and make sure those standards are met every job, every day. Youll directly manage a Team Lead and about 15 production employees.What Youll Be Doing

  • Lead the team to consistently produce top-quality silkscreen prints
  • Identify, implement, and enforce best practices for all stages of the process:
  • Selecting the right emulsion and exposure process
  • Choosing the correct mesh count for each job
  • Optimal image washout techniques
  • Best practices for loading screens, squeegee selection, squeegee angle, and pressure
  • Correct curing temperatures and processes
  • Understand how changing one variable impacts all others and adjust accordingly for perfect results
  • Maintain and improve processes so quality upgrades stick long-term
  • Work with suppliers and leadership to bring in new equipment, chemicals, inks, and methods for continuous improvement

What Were Looking For

  • Extensive hands-on experience in silkscreen printing, ideally in a high-volume setting
  • Deep technical knowledge of tools, chemicals, inks, emulsions, mesh counts, and curing processes
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and control quality by managing multiple production variables
  • Strong leadership skills to manage, train, and hold team members accountable
  • A track record of implementing process improvements and seeing them sustained
  • Comfortable working with multiple production lines and shift-based operations
