About the job Executive Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in Territory Management and Sales Optimization: Support in managing a specific geographic sales territory, aiding in efforts to maximize sales revenues and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
2. Work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to assist in formulating and implementing sales strategies aimed at enhancing market share across various product lines.
3. Business Plan Development Assistance: Collaborate with the VP of Sales & Marketing in the preparation and execution of a comprehensive business plan for the designated territory.
4. Training Program Management: Coordinate the development and implementation of programs designed to train, coach, and appraise the performance of external agencies, contributing to their effectiveness and efficiency.
5. Customer and Agent Support: Ensure the provision of timely and accurate quotes and information to customers, agents, and other relevant departments, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
6. Market Research Assistance: Contribute to the development of a deep understanding of the market, key customers, and competitors through thorough research and analysis, supporting strategic decision-making processes.
7. Event Participation Coordination: Assist in the organization and participation in industry events, including tradeshows and association events, to promote networking, market visibility, and business growth opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably within a sales or marketing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively liaising with customers, agents, and team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce)
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to support strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior management to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and improving processes.
- Experience in coordinating and supporting the execution of training programs for external agencies.
