About the Role:
This is a full-time, direct-hire role
The Talent Sourcer will play a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities and will interact directly with the Executive team. In addition, this role will be responsible for filling the top of our talent pool with qualified candidates through outbound digital channels, calling on potential candidates, and regular interaction with active and passive candidates.
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can build out the sourcing component of our recruiting platform as we grow. You should be a friendly, proactive, and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
What You’ll Do:
● Work directly with the executive leadership to create a sourcing strategy to develop and implement a robust pipeline of candidates
● Source both sales and operation candidates
● Identify talent, conduct phone screens, and make recommendations on next steps
● Create detailed reporting and success metrics
● Regularly track pipeline activity and report to executive leadership
● Follows up on employee referrals
● Kickoff the initial phase of our internal employee onboarding process
● Recommend and drive process improvements
● Willing to learn various management tools and software programs
Qualifications:
● 2+ years experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in the HR department
● Experience recruiting sales positions
● Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS), and candidate management systems
● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
● Understanding of email marketing & social media
● Strong sales skills
● Ability to quickly make decisions & adapt to market conditions
