What You Will Be Doing You will take ownership of the code. This role requires a business mindset. You aren't just writing lines of code; you are strategically improving the platform to handle sensitive financial data securely.

• Full Lifecycle Delivery: Participate in every stage, from feature conception and design to implementation, testing, and production rollout.
• Performance Optimisation: Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve application performance and reliability.
• Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing and QA checks before launching to live sites.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Exchange knowledge with the team and mentor others on code quality, frameworks, and best practices.

What You Need to Bring We are looking for a problem solver who takes pride in their work. You should have a strong academic background (Degree in CS, Engineering, or IT).

• Core Experience: Proven experience developing in a web framework.

• Database Skills: Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL is preferred).
• Tech Stack:  Experience with Python/Django, HTML/JS/CSS, and Git will set you apart.
• Bonus Skills: Exposure to Numerical libraries (Numpy/Pandas) or Cybersecurity is a massive plus.
