In recruiting, we use an array of different methods and resources to ultimately find the perfect candidate, but in all we take very much a whole market approach – we don’t simply advertise and wait for responses. We’re well connected and have access to all of the major CV sites, so if they’re actively job hunting we’ll find them and if not, we’ll headhunt (role and level permitting). We work on either a contingency, exclusive or retained basis and have a mix of active and passive candidates (those who won't apply for roles) and dozens of clients that present roles to us exclusively.
