Our client is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead in LATAM to drive demand generation and pipeline growth for a fastgrowing SaaS company in the professional services sector. This is a unique opportunity to be the first dedicated marketing hire, working handson across the marketing stack with high autonomy and direct impact.

About the Role

As the first marketing hire, your primary mission will be to drive pipeline growth. You will execute demand generation programs, optimize performance metrics, and work closely with sales leadership to scale revenue. This role is not focused on producing case studies or blog posts it’s about delivering measurable results tied to MQLs, pipeline contribution, and attainment against targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth: Design and execute campaigns that deliver qualified leads, increase pipeline, and reduce CAC.

  • Performance & Analytics: Track MQLs, pipeline velocity, CAC payback, attribution by channel, and overall contribution to revenue goals.

  • MultiChannel Marketing: Execute handson initiatives across SEO, paid media, email, events, social, and webinars to maximize reach.

  • Marketing Operations: Manage HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and other tools to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, external creative agencies, and internal stakeholders to align efforts with revenue goals.

About You

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Strong background in B2B SaaS demand generation (SMB to midmarket).

  • Datadriven mindset: comfortable owning metrics such as MQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC payback.

  • Versatile operator with the ability to execute across multiple marketing channels, with depth in one or two areas (SEO, paid, content).

  • Excellent written and spoken English able to produce compelling copy quickly without sacrificing quality.

  • Independent and executionoriented thrives in fastpaced startup environments.

Technical Skills:

  • Handson proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Marketo, 6sense.

  • Knowledge of SEO, paid acquisition, lead nurturing, scoring, and marketing automation.

  • Ability to work with Webflow and creative tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint) is a plus.

  • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and campaign results.

Experience:

  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a track record of delivering measurable pipeline growth.

  • Experience in highgrowth startups, ideally having scaled in the $5-20M ARR range.

  • Proven ability to partner with sales and deliver campaigns tied directly to revenue.
