Our client is expanding rapidly, helping U.S. businesses connect authentically and profitably with the Hispanic market. They are seeking a hands-on, data-driven Director of Marketing to lead a high-performance team and build a multichannel lead generation engine that drives measurable business growth in the U.S. B2B services market.
This is not a figurehead role its a strategic and executional position for a marketing leader who can design strategy, manage budgets, analyze performance, and inspire a team to deliver consistent, trackable results. Youll own the entire marketing funnel, ensuring every channel is optimized for performance, attribution, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of marketers, creatives, and freelancers across multiple brands.

Operate a multichannel marketing ecosystem including email, paid media, SEO, social media, video, webinars, events, and PR.

Build, launch, and optimize campaigns that generate and nurture qualified leads at scale, with clear attribution and ROI measurement.

Track and report on all marketing-generated leads, pipeline, and revenue performance with a strong focus on data accuracy and accountability.

Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and funnel performance.

Elevate brand positioning through storytelling and thought leadership, establishing the company as a leading voice on the U.S. Hispanic market.

Oversee marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (preferably HubSpot) to ensure data consistency and performance reporting.
Requirements

7+ years of experience leading marketing teams and programs in fast-growing companies, including at least 3 years focused on U.S. B2B services.

Proven success in demand generation, performance marketing, and revenue-driven campaigns.

Strong analytical mindset: ability to interpret data, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns for measurable results.

Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM), paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO tools, and analytics dashboards.

Fluent English (C1-C2) comfortable communicating with U.S.-based stakeholders.

Deep cultural awareness of the Hispanic market and ability to turn insights into marketing outcomes.

Collaborative, transparent communicator with a proactive, positive attitude and leadership presence.

Comfortable leading both strategically and tactically ready to roll up your sleeves when needed.
