About the Role

• N8N Workflow Design: Build and implement clear, efficient automation workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve operational speed.
  
  

• Airtable Implementation & Management: Develop and maintain efficient Airtable databases to support rapid prototypes and improve data visibility.
  
  

• Fast MVP Prototyping: Deliver functional prototypes to showcase the power of AI and automation in real client scenarios.
  
  

• Clear English Communication: Provide clear documentation and direct communication with international stakeholders and clients.
  
  

• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment, making projects enjoyable and productive for everyone involved.
  
  

About You

Knowledge and Abilities

• Automation Expertise: Proficient in N8N, capable of designing, testing, and deploying effective workflows.
• Database Management: Skilled in Airtable schema design, automations, and optimization.
• English Fluency: Excellent written and verbal English for seamless communication.
• Rapid Prototyping: Ability to turn business requirements into quick, functional MVPs.
• Collaborative Mindset: Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable under tight deadlines.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills

N8N: Advanced automation workflow and integration abilities.
Airtable: Advanced database setup, formulas, views, and automations.
API Integrations: Ability to connect multiple SaaS tools and services.
JavaScript/Node.js: Basic scripting to enhance automation workflows.

Experience

Automation Projects: Minimum of 2 years designing and implementing automation workflows.
Airtable Solutions: At least 1 year of experience building and managing Airtable systems in a business context.
Client-Facing Delivery: Proven success delivering technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
