About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Chief of Staff / Executive Operations Partner to work directly with the Founder/CEO. This is not a traditional executive assistant role the focus is on strategy, execution, and driving outcomes that directly support the founders bandwidth, brand, and business growth.
You will serve as the central operator, project manager, and trusted advisor, ensuring initiatives are organized, executed, and delivered with excellence. You will help manage and expand the founders personal brand, oversee content and social efforts, coordinate projects, and identify resources or vendors to execute on tactical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the founders right hand, helping to organize priorities, manage initiatives, and ensure follow-through.
- Drive personal brand growth through LinkedIn/content management (coordinating posts, comments, and engagement).
- Act as a project manager for marketing, client delivery, and operational initiatives ensuring deadlines and outcomes are met.
- Source, vet, and manage vendors or freelancers (e.g., video editors, designers, copywriters) to execute specialized tasks.
- Provide strategic input and act as a thought partner to streamline decisions and optimize the founders time.
- Coordinate key meetings, presentations, and deliverables with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ensure smooth communication across teams, partners, and clients when needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar client-facing leadership roles.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (written and spoken); able to represent the founder professionally with clients and partners.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes on time.
- Experience with personal branding, social media, or marketing coordination is a strong plus.
- Strategic mindset paired with a hands-on get it done mentality.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high degree of accountability.
- Experience working with U.S.-based executives or startups is strongly preferred.
