Baja Nearshore is recruiting for one of our clients, a leading US-based agency known for delivering unforgettable photo booth experiences that captivate audiences across the nation.
Were looking for a driven and creative Full Cycle Account Executive to join their growing team. In this role, youll play a key part in expanding the client base, nurturing relationships with both Enterprise and SMB clients, and helping bring unique, high-impact activations to life.What Youll Do
- Leveraging your extensive experience working with distinguished companies like Coca-Cola, Netflix, Heineken, Pepsi, MTV, Panasonic, American Express, and others to build credibility and rapport with potential clients.
- Collaborating with our partner agency through Apollo.io to execute a robust outbound strategy and securing approximately 20 warm introductions weekly.
- Nurturing these leads and maintaining relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
- Utilizing social selling techniques to proactively engage potential clients and drive business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining a thriving pipeline of leads while ensuring accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system.
- Demonstrating advanced proficiency in note-taking software to record key activities and interactions, optimizing project investment decisions.
- Exhibiting reliability, responsibility, and effective communication within the team, sharing insights into challenges and successes.
- Adapting your approach to match the pace of diverse clients, ranging from established logos to emerging startups.
What You'll Bring
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the SMB and Enterprise segments.
- Experience working with prestigious brands like Coca Cola, Netflix, Heineken, Pepsi, MTV, Panasonic, American Express, or similar.
- Proficiency in creative selling techniques, including effective communication of quotes and proposals.
- Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a dynamic workload, balancing lead generation and relationship management.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexibility to work independently and remotely while achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Experience in creative sales or related industries is a plus.
