About the Role
A fast-growing travel-tech startup is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative to join their high-performance team in Monterrey.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about technology, sales, and building relationships with prospective clients. As an SDR, you’ll guide leads and strategic accounts through the decision-making process, offering consultative solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and valuable sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect potential clients that align with the company’s profile through market research, events, and lead generation tools.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and demos to potential clients, clearly showcasing product benefits and value.
- Prepare tailored commercial proposals based on each client’s specific needs.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions while maintaining a strong relationship with the client.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, implementation, customer success) to ensure smooth and timely delivery of solutions.
- Oversee project implementation and manage expectations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand their evolving needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage pipeline, track interactions, and follow up on leads.
Work toward and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Qualifications
Must live in Monterrey or the metropolitan area.
- Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields.
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS consultative sales (especially outbound or field sales).
Experience managing the full sales cycle is a plus.
Availability to travel as needed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficient in CRM systems (especially HubSpot).
Intermediate Excel skills.
Fluent in Spanish.
