We’re hiring for a fast-growing travel tech company that’s redefining how businesses connect with the global travel and hospitality ecosystem. As they continue to expand across Latin America, they’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Country Manager to lead sales and growth initiatives in Mexico.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and has a deep understanding of the B2B travel industry. If you’re a natural leader with a sharp commercial mindset and a passion for building strong client relationships, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the countrys business plan in line with global and regional goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Set objectives, KPIs, and targets to guide the teams performance and priorities.
- Build a high-performance culture through training, feedback, and regular evaluations.
- Recruit and onboard top talent to strengthen the local team.
- Drive revenue growth through direct client engagement and strategic partnerships.
- Manage and grow key account relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Oversee sales strategies to expand into new markets and acquire new clients.
- Support the team in negotiating with B2B clients like travel agencies, corporate travel buyers, and wholesalers.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partners, and revenue streams
- Strengthen brand presence and market share within the country.
- Represent the company at travel industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams across product, marketing, and finance
- Monitor and optimize operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Track financial performance and report on market position and strategic progress.
- Use data insights to continuously improve strategy and operations.
What You’ll Bring
- 8 - 10+ years of experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism, with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding B2B sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Deep knowledge of the B2B travel ecosystem and industry tech platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- A strategic, data-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes.
