About the Role

Baja Nearshore is looking for a Sales Recruiter with a strong background in sales and previous experience working in startup environments. This is an internal role within our Talent Acquisition team, where you'll play a key part in identifying and hiring top sales talent (SDRs, AEs, Sales Leaders) for our international clients.

Youll act as a strategic partner communicating directly with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and ensuring candidates are aligned with both technical and cultural expectations.

What Youll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for commercial roles (SDRs, AEs, CSMs, etc.).

  • Conduct intake calls and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the hiring process.

  • Understand client culture and team dynamics to ensure strong candidate alignment.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, evaluating both commercial skills and cultural fit.

  • Present qualified candidates with clear notes and recommendations.

  • Collaborate closely with internal team members in a fast-paced, highly communicative environment.

  • Maintain updated records in our ATS and tracking systems (Notion, Airtable, etc.).

  • Ensure an excellent experience for both candidates and clients.

What Were Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in recruitment, preferably for sales or tech roles.

  • Prior experience in sales or commercial environments.

  • Advanced English level (C1) essential for client and candidate communication.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ever-changing environments (startup mentality).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Notion, etc.).

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.

Bonus Points

  • Experience recruiting SDRs, AEs, or other sales roles for startups or tech companies.

  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and outbound sales strategies.

  • You enjoy working collaboratively and value open communication.
