Searching for a sales career? We are looking for a qualified Sales Development Representative to join our team.
About the role:
The ideal candidate has successfully worked in a B2B inside sales role (appointment setting & lead generation) and is excited about helping contribute to a growing startup.
We're looking for a senior SDR who enjoys booking meetings and learning about some of the most advanced tactics in the outbound marketing space. Experience in cold calling and outreach is a must!
In this role, you'll be working on behalf of our B2B clients as well as promoting our internal products/services. You'll be using the latest and greatest tools, techniques, and processes in outbound marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign design, testing, and implementation
- Cold calling, email, and social outreach
- Setting appointments and interacting with our customers
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into Salesforce
- Not afraid of cold calling
- Being awesome
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years' experience in B2B inside sales
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- The ability to jump between different projects and industries and quickly understand value props for each new client
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
