Job Description:

Being one of our Sales, Marketing, & Employee Experience Designers, you will play a critical part in the continued successful growth of the company. Learning the skills of branding and storytelling are key elements to being a successful Sales, Marketing, & Employee Experience Designer. Your primary responsibility is to help our different teams including but not limited to the Sales & Marketing teams and Customer Success Team, requiring an understanding of business objectives and then helping to design content that is engaging, effective, and on-brand to meet those objectives.

A day in the life:

  • Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success Teams to understand the priorities of prospective clients and internal teams' needs.
  • Building sales, marketing, and employee experience collateral (Powerpoint Presentations, PDFs, graphics, flyers, Videos, GIFs, etc.) as needed and prioritized by internal stakeholders.
  • Building landing pages via our CMS and creating advertisement visuals to support specialized content for various marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Collaborating with our vendor partners to support the delivery of collateral.
  • Supporting the development of virtual and in-person event materials, including flyers, digital advertisements, virtual booths, and more.
  • Reporting on content and service delivery performance to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with key partners internally (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure brand continuity and consistency in brand messaging.
  • Improving content delivery timelines via templatizing for scale over time.
  • Providing feedback & input to improve internal content and service delivery operations.

What were looking for in a Sales, Marketing, & Employee:

  • Experience Designer
  • Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience in Design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Design Software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design
  • Ability to use or willingness to learn collaborative platforms such as Canva,
    Google Suite, and more
  • Ability to create a variety of different design assets such as PowerPoint,
    Handbooks, Communication Graphics, Ads, Flyers, Newsletters, Conference
    Booth Collateral, and more with various types of branding, style, and aesthetic
  • Huge PLUS if you have video editing skills/background or illustration
    skills/background
  • Proficiency in English
