We are seeking a skilled and proficient sales and business development representative (SDR/BDR) with exceptional prospecting and hunting abilities. This position is fully remote and is open for candidates based in Latin America only, working as contractors.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in lead qualification, possess excellent listening and discovery skills, and most importantly, be able to schedule demos.

The candidate must also possess exceptional attention to detail, world-class communication skills, and be comfortable with cold calling and sending follow-up emails.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and prospect for new business primarily through email and telephone communication, reaching out to credit analysts, credit managers, financial executives, and CFOs
  • Connect with high-influence executives from mid to large North American companies
  • Qualify new leads through phone and email communication
  • Schedule and ensure attendance of demos with our Account Executives and management
  • Develop and maintain relationships across organizations
  • Engage in discovery with each prospect by leveraging your understanding of their business, sales process, and discovery skills
  • Play a critical role in expanding our business by building our pipeline with prospects from some of the largest brands in the world
  • Collaborate with CEO, CTO, and all team members to ensure successful demo and onboarding, and deliver value to the client from day 1.

What We'll Expect From You

  • You must be the best sales/business development representative you know, motivated, and client-focused, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
  • 1-3 years of experience in building pipelines and lead generation for complex B2B software, preferably enterprise SaaS software, up-and-down client organizations
  • You must love picking up the phone and connecting with people you don't know all day, every day
  • You must be a hunter, motivated, and sales- and conversion-driven
  • Experience in selling to credit managers and analysts and/or selling financial SaaS products is desirable but not necessary
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Overloop/, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, or similar tools is a must
  • Some travel may be required
