Your Role:

Based in Monterrey, MX, we're seeking a motivated Account Executive to ensure the smooth coordination and successful execution of freight movement across North America and beyond, aligning with our clients' requirements.

Your contributions will support the expansion of our Sales team, requiring effective communication with team members and internal stakeholders. This role presents an excellent opportunity to advance your career within the expansive logistics sector. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the ability to identify, pursue, and close new businesses through diverse sales strategies. Collaboration with a team of professionals to deliver logistics and technology solutions, along with fostering positive relationships internally and externally, is crucial to the Account Executive's success.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain robust customer relationships.
  • Achieve predetermined sales objectives.
  • Negotiate with Shippers and Carriers.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and carriers.
  • Perform minor accounting functions and data entry.
  • Conduct on-site visits to core customers.
  • Secure opportunities with decision-makers.
  • Establish relationships with account C-suite.
  • Act as a consultative resource for customers on service offerings and market trends.
  • Maintain operational efficiencies for the assigned book of business.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • 2+ years of experience in the logistics industry.
  • Customer service and sales background.
  • Strong problem-resolution skills, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
  • Professional phone mannerisms.
  • Outgoing personality, high energy, and flexibility.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm).
