We're recruiting for a fast-growing performance marketing agency, specializing in full-funnel growth solutions for clients in the gaming, app, and wellness industries. As the company expands into new verticals, they're looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel their growth.

What You'll Do
- Research, identify, and qualify B2C companies in verticals like gaming (non-gambling), health & wellness, eCommerce, and consumer apps.
- Build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
- Draft and send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and email.
- Book discovery meetings for the Head of Growth.
- Track outreach and maintain clear documentation of activities.
- Collaborate closely with the team to fine-tune ICP, messaging, and strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in a BDR or outbound sales role.
- Prior experience working in or with digital marketing agencies (especially B2C).
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar.
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Passionate, curious, and eager to contribute to a fast-moving team.
- Bonus: Experience working in gaming, wellness, or high-growth digital sectors.
