About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing and well-funded SaaS company in the application security space, is looking for a CustomerSuccess Engineer to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex challenges for customers. You’ll support clients across the full lifecycle from onboarding and integration to post-sales troubleshooting and solution optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced code and dependency scanning mechanisms using tools like Maven and Gradle.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales stages.
  • Customize security solutions to meet the needs of complex customer environments.
  • Develop tailored technical solutions using software engineering best practices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively across programming and DevOps workflows.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with a wide range of clients from startups to large enterprises.
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to relay feedback and improve the product.
  • Promote secure coding practices and provide expert guidance to development teams.
  • Lead high-impact technical integration projects, offering strategic input and technical support throughout the process.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

  • 4 - 10 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or technical customer-facing roles.
  • Strong programming background and experience in modern DevOps ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with application security principles and CI/CD pipeline.
  • Proven experience building custom technical solutions for clients.
  • Comfortable working with tools like Maven and Gradle.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strategic problem-solver who takes ownership of projects and outcomes.
