Fullstack JavaScript Developer (Remote - LATAM)

Our client is building an innovative platform revolutionizing how professional services firms manage time tracking, invoicing, and client operations. They're looking for a mid-to-senior Fullstack JavaScript Developer to join their remote team and help accelerate the development of high-impact features with minimal supervision.

Role Overview

Youll be joining a small, agile team where your contributions will have a direct impact on the platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and is comfortable working across the stack from backend services to frontend user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js

• Build user-facing features using React

• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases

• Collaborate closely with the founding team to ship new functionality

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with minimal oversight

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in fullstack development with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript

• Proficiency in Node.js and React

• Strong understanding of relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL)

• Solid experience working independently and delivering production-ready features

• Excellent communication skills and experience working remotely

Nice to Have

• Experience in early-stage startups or small product teams

• Familiarity with GraphQL

• Exposure to DevOps or containerized environments (e.g. Docker)

• Prior experience working on productivity or business platforms
