Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Level of Experience: Mid-Level (2 to 5 years)
Industry: Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Sales
Spoken Language: English
Location: Fully remote with a minimum of 8 hours of work per day, Monday to Friday
Reports to: Sales Development Manager; in their absence, reports to Director of Operations

Job Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience in an outbound selling role
  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in CRM and opportunity management systems
  • Experience in effectively leveraging sales and sales development tools
  • Exceptional level of self-motivation and tenacity
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a dynamic team remotely
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take both analytical and creative approaches to problem-solving
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks while multitasking
  • Ability to work through change and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • High emotional intelligence with a natural inclination to lead
  • Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Slack availability throughout the workday
  • Maintaining clean records and adhering to best practices

  • Must have a laptop or workstation suitable for running CRM and dialing software (the company will cover all required licenses and software)

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with existing and potential customers through outreach efforts such as cold calling, emails, social networking, digital events, etc.
  • Build relationships with customers and prospects to identify their needs and qualify their interests and viability
  • Qualify prospects through cold calls and appointment-setting
  • Nurture and follow up on warm leads and interested prospects
  • Manage all leads through call tracking and reschedule meetings when necessary
  • Collaborate with sales teams and management to ensure goals are met
  • Exceed personal weekly and monthly performance targets
  • Perform outbound prospecting to set appointments and drive event attendance

Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary calculated on an hourly rate, paid weekly in USD
  • Eligibility for commission based on campaign and project (details provided upon candidacy establishment)
