Senior Automation Specialist (n8n Expert) - Remote, LATAM

About the Role

We're looking for a senior-level automation specialist based in Latin America with deep hands-on experience using n8n. In this role, you'll work closely with our operations and tech teams to build, maintain, and optimize automated workflows that power our internal systems. This is a highly technical role that requires extensive experience in building complex automations across multiple tools and systems.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using n8n.
• Integrate systems such as CRMs, databases, dialers, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize workflow performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions.
• Document automation processes and proactively suggest improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience building 100+ automation workflows using n8n.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and HTTP requests.
• Experience with tools like Make (Integromat), Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or AWS Step Functions.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple automation tasks.
• Located in Latin America and available during U.S. business hours.
