About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in customer interactions and operational support. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound and answering inbound phone calls, processing orders, handling accounts receivable, and providing essential support across various departments. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 70 outbound calls daily to customers to support sales efforts.
• Assist the Administrative Manager with daily tasks to maintain office efficiency.
• Post end-of-day KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track performance metrics.
• Collect payments from customers and reconcile accounts receivable discrepancies.
• Send order confirmations and enter orders accurately for Account Executives and customers.
• Answer inbound phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Resolve payment discrepancies with customers and internal processes promptly.
• Attend daily lineup meetings to align priorities and updates.
• Support the Sales team by preparing quotes and sending them to customers promptly.

Additional Job-Related Duties:

• Ensure compliance with federal, and state laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Participate in online training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Perform any other job-related activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate within a team.
