Senior Account Executive LATAM

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for helping clients streamline operations and grow their business? We are a fast-growing SaaS company revolutionizing how Real Estate Investment firms manage capital, investor relationships, and operations and were expanding our footprint across LATAM.
We are on the lookout for a Senior Account Executive to lead this expansion. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business opportunities with real estate investment firms, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle, and working closely with internal teams to deliver real value to clients.
What you'll be doing

Lead business development and revenue growth across LATAM.
- Prospect and close new business, targeting strategic accounts and SMB to mid-market real estate investment firms.
- Manage the entire sales process: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and close.
- Execute a strong outbound strategy in collaboration with SDRs and through self-sourced leads.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve processes and client experience.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports via HubSpot CRM (or similar).
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in both virtual and in-person meetings.
- Offer feedback from the field to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
What we're looking for
- 3-4 years of proven experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of consistently exceeding sales goals.
- Experience managing full sales cycles and selling to both new and existing clients.
- Ability to build and execute sales strategies from scratch.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially with mid- to senior-level decision-makers.
- Hands-on experience with outbound tools and platforms (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, email automation, etc.).
- Native or fluent in both Spanish and English.
- High level of autonomy, adaptability, and accountability.
Nice to have
- Background in PropTech, FinTech, or selling to real estate investment professionals.
- Experience selling Investment Management platforms or financial software.
- Familiarity with tools such as Avoma, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.
