What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer who can ship high-quality code quickly, collaborate effectively, and bring heart to their work.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with the founding team to build the world's best management training solution using state-of-the-art AI.
  
• Write clean, reliable, and maintainable code.
• Shape architecture and technical decisions that support long-term growth.
• Contribute to a thoughtful, supportive team culture grounded in excellence and honesty.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong history of shipping quality production-ready code from conception to deployment.
• Solid architectural instincts, with openness to feedback and collaboration.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and experience working with tools like Next.js, PostgreSQL, and serverless environments (e.g., Vercel).
• A collaborative spirit and genuine care for team members, customers, and community.
• Ability to work at least 4 overlapping hours with US Pacific Time (9 am- 5 pm PT).
• Experience or interest in working with and optimizing large language models (e.g., fine-tuning, data pipelines) is a plus.
• Brings energy, enthusiasm, and thoughtfulness to enhance our team culture.
