Lead Customer Onboarding
We are looking for a driven, customer-obsessed Manager of Product Specialists to lead the onboarding team in Mexico City. This role is critical to ensuring that every new customer achieves value quickly and consistently. Youll coach a team of Product Specialists who deliver high-impact onboarding sessions, set the tone for customer relationships, and accelerate product adoption.
️ Onboarding Strategy & Program Execution

Own the onboarding experience for new customersfrom kickoff to adoption of key workflows within the first 30 days.

Monitor onboarding funnel metrics such as CSAT, feature activation, and no-show rates, and drive improvements.

Build, maintain, and evolve onboarding playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Use product usage data and customer feedback to identify friction points and advocate for improvements.

Stay up to date on product features and positioning to ensure team alignment.
Team Leadership & Development

Lead and coach a team of ~10 Product Specialists delivering onboarding via 1-hour live video calls.

Set a vision for a world-class onboarding experience rooted in excellence and customer delight.

Conduct regular 1:1s, team syncs, and skill-building sessions focused on consultative onboarding, objection handling, and product education.

Establish structured feedback loops and coaching frameworks to drive individual and team performance.

Manage team schedules, capacity planning, and onboarding wave assignments to meet high volume needs.

Be a cultural role modeldemonstrate ownership, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.

Onboard new team members and train them on the product.
Operational Excellence

Report regularly on team performance, onboarding completion rates, and post-onboarding customer health.

Use tools such as Salesforce, Notion, Zoom, and internal dashboards to track impact and efficiency.

Provide feedback to Product teams to highlight trends and insights that inform future features or messaging.
What Were Looking For
-
5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, customer success, or implementation.

2+ years of experience managing onboarding or customer-facing teams.

Strong understanding of SaaS customer journeys, product adoption, and customer education principles.

Operational excellence: can build repeatable systems, track performance, and coach to outcomes.

Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (C1 English required).

Comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Notion, Zoom, Gong, HubSpot, or similar.

Must be based in Mexico City and available to work in-office 5 days per week.
