Our client is a U.S.-based staff augmentation company focused exclusively on IT roles. They work directly with U.S. companies that are actively hiring and provide dedicated contractors through a nearshore model. The internal sales motion is centered on cold outreach to hiring managers or HR professionals who are already posting IT job openings, making the SDR role highly targeted and intentional.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior SDR who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume outbound environment and knows how to turn job listings into client conversations. You'll be calling U.S.-based companies that are actively hiring for tech roles (developers, engineers, etc.) and offering staff augmentation as a solution.
Leadership takes care of email automation and list building, so your primary focus will be cold calling, engaging leads, and moving conversations forward. While this role starts as top-of-funnel, there’s an opportunity to own the full sales cycle depending on performance.
What You'll Do
- Make high-volume cold calls daily to HR teams and hiring managers in the U.S.
- Call warm lead lists scraped daily from live IT job postings.
- Use the Trellus dialer and Zoho CRM to track outreach and follow-ups.
- Qualify leads, identify pain points, and pitch the company's IT staffing offering.
- Set appointments or hand off to leadership depending on the sales structure.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and outreach tactics.
- Maintain high levels of activity, accuracy, and responsiveness.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in SDR or Inside Sales, with a strong outbound calling background.
- Comfortable working in high-volume environments and using dialers like Trellus.
- Excellent phone presence and strong communication skills, quick to build rapport.
- Familiarity with IT services, recruiting, or staff augmentation is a major plus.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish is a bonus.
- Based in Latin America, with a reliable internet connection and mobile data backup.
- Able to work U.S. business hours and consistently meet activity KPIs.
