About the Role

Were looking for a Sales Operations & HubSpot Specialist to join the core of our Revenue Operations team. Youll be responsible for building and maintaining the CRM systems that drive internal efficiency and client success.

This role replaces and elevates a previous HubSpot consultant positionbringing structure, strategy, and execution to both internal systems and client-facing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client CRM & SalesOps Delivery

  • Build and customize HubSpot CRMs for new clients

  • Lead scoped custom projects for client implementations

  • Support client requests via tickets, Q&A sessions, and Slack

Internal RevOps Systems

  • Manage and improve internal HubSpot systems across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

  • Build workflows, lifecycle tracking, and reporting for full-funnel visibility

  • Collaborate on automation and data integrity initiatives to enhance team efficiency

Service & Product Development

  • Identify and resolve gaps in the client experience and service delivery

  • Help translate internal tools into scalable offerings

  • Standardize internal workflows (SLAs, communications, project tracking)

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Sales Operations, CRM administration, or Revenue Operations

  • Advanced HubSpot expertise: workflows, custom properties, lifecycle stages, pipeline automation, and reporting

  • Experience in an agency or service-oriented business delivering customized client solutions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strategic thinker comfortable with hands-on execution

  • Familiarity with internal ticketing systems and project management tools (Asana is a plus)

  • Previous exposure to HubSpots Partner Scaled Onboarding (PSO) program is a plus, but not required
