Baker Tilly Morocco is strengthening its Legal Department and is looking for a Senior Legal Consultant M/F to join its team in Casablanca. This role offers a dynamic and stimulating environment, with exposure to a wide range of high-value corporate and employment law matters, within a well-established international network.

Your Responsibilities

You will support a diverse portfolio of local and international clients on their legal matters, acting as a trusted advisor with a high level of autonomy from day one. Your main duties will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and legal documentation
  • Providing legal advice and consultations on corporate and employment law issues
  • Drafting and updating corporate legal documents (incorporations, amendments, restructurings, transformations, etc.)
  • Handling legal formalities with relevant authorities (tax authorities, commercial courts, land registry, etc.)
  • Ensuring ongoing legal follow-up of client portfolios and regulatory compliance
  • Conducting legal and case law research and preparing monthly legal updates

Profile Required

  • Master's degree in Business Law or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm or legal advisory practice, with strong exposure to corporate law
  • Solid knowledge of corporate and employment law
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills
  • Fluent in French and English — written and spoken (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong sense of confidentiality, rigour, and professionalism
  • Team spirit, autonomy, and adaptability
