Key Responsibilities:

Operations — Owning the Daily Engine

  • Run daily operations across all wellness pillars — the vitality center, spa, retreats, group classes, and private experiences.
  • Organize and run seasonal and one-off events (e.g. full moon ceremony).
  • Supervise practitioner scheduling, room allocation, and treatment flow to maximize utilization, minimize friction, and protect guest experience.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements, including implementing and using technology tools to improve efficiency and guest experience.
  • Maintain and update SOPs across all areas; ensure every team member understands and delivers to the standard.
  • Be the first point of escalation for on-ground operational issues, schedule conflicts, and guest concerns.
  • Cross-departmental coordination: act as a bridge between wellness, operations, reception, and management to avoid glitches and support teams during high operational pressure.
  • Uphold the resorts standards of luxury presentation, scientific integrity, hygiene, and safety without exception.

Vitality Centre

  • Assume direct operational management of the facility.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day running of the Vitality Centre: consultations, diagnostics, treatment protocols, and follow-up scheduling.
  • Bridge the guest-facing and clinical teams to ensure seamless, credible, and luxurious delivery of longevity and biohacking services.
  • Keep consultation flows, SOPs, and documentation current and operationally sound.
  • Support the trialing and onboarding of new modalities, technologies, and protocols as directed by senior management.

Spa & Therapeutic Delivery

  • Oversee the Spa Manager and ensure spa scheduling, room utilization, therapist performance, and quality of treatment delivery meet operational standards.
  • Monitor guest outcomes and feedback; provide coaching and corrective guidance to therapists as needed.
  • Ensure spa experiences align with the resorts broader holistic wellness and results-driven positioning.

Wellness Programs & Retreats

  • Execute signature programs, retreat schedules, and bespoke VIP experiences on the ground.
  • Coordinate all retreat logistics: practitioner bookings, room allocation, daily scheduling, inclusions, and guest communications.
  • Build relationships with allied health and wellness professionals and utilize their services where required for guest experience and programming.
  • Manage visiting practitioners and external facilitators on property: briefings, standards oversight, and logistics.
  • Conduct post-program reviews and feed operational findings back to senior management for program refinement.

Guest Experience

  • Maintain an active, visible presence across all wellness areas throughout the day.
  • Welcome key guests, conduct resort and Vitality Centre orientations, and personally oversee high-profile guest journeys.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with urgency and professionalism.
  • Ensure personalization, consistency, and warmth at every touchpoint.

Human Resources Management

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the full on-property wellness team: practitioners, therapists, coaches, and coordinators.
  • Partner with HR on recruitment shortlisting, onboarding, appraisals, and performance management.
  • Identify skill gaps and deliver or coordinate training and professional development.
  • Actively manage team morale, workload balance, and interpersonal dynamics — particularly at peak occupancy.
  • Follow and implement internal policies, house rules, and SOPs.
  • Establish and maintain effective internal communications, including daily briefings and weekly departmental meetings to ensure teamwork and productivity.

Sales, Marketing & Partnerships Support

  • Ensure the on-property experience matches everything communicated through sales, marketing, and media channels.
  • Host media visits, influencer stays, FAM trips, and agent site inspections with professionalism.
  • Contribute to business development efforts and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
  • Contribute operational insight to new product development discussions with senior management.

Financial Reporting & Commercial Discipline

  • Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly operational reports across all wellness revenue areas.
  • Manage retail stock, purchase approvals, and product revenue reporting.
  • Ensure every operational decision is budget-conscious and commercially responsible.

Health and Safety

  • Ensure all potential safety hazards are identified and prevented through proper health and safety procedures.
  • Ensure health and safety policies, laws, and regulations are practiced and enforced by all team members.
  • Ensure the first aid kit is maintained and well-stocked at all times.
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and professional conduct.
