Our client is a growing hospitality company in Bali, currently developing a co-living and co-working property designed to foster a vibrant and collaborative community. They are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue performance, and ensure a seamless guest and resident experience while building a strong, service-oriented team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in co-living, co-working, boutique hospitality, hostel operations, or similar environments.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Highly service-oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and experience.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues proactively.
  • Outgoing, approachable, and confident in engaging with guests and building community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for long-stay accommodations, forecast monthly revenue, and evaluate promotions, packages, and partnerships with local businesses.
  • Oversee booking channels (OTA, email, WhatsApp), manage long-stay guest pipelines, maintain CRM systems, and ensure timely and professional response handling by the team.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across reception, check-in/check-out processes, and co-working spaces, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Foster a welcoming and collaborative environment, proactively address guest concerns, and build a strong sense of community among residents.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff (front office and housekeeping), monitor performance, and ensure adherence to service standards and SOPs.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, monitor service quality, and control operational costs effectively.
  • Oversee maintenance schedules (AC, plumbing, electrical), coordinate repairs, and ensure all co-working equipment and infrastructure (e.g., internet, printers) are fully operational.
  • Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, approve purchases, and prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Support brand visibility by monitoring reviews, coordinating social media updates, managing website content, and promoting events and campaigns.
  • Ensure all business licenses, safety standards, and employment practices comply with local regulations and legal requirements.
