About the job Director of Sales
Our client is an eco-luxury villa offering scenic views and a tranquil ambience in Bali. They are looking for a Director of Sales to lead their team and oversee revenue generation, sales strategies, and client engagement across their 48 private pool villas, dining outlets, spa, and event spaces while promoting the resort's sustainability-focused offerings.
Note: open to Indonesian candidates only.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of senior sales experience in luxury hospitality, ideally with boutique resorts or high-end international brands.
- Proven expertise in luxury travel markets and high-net-worth clientele, with success in driving revenue growth.
- Strong market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and forecasting skills to develop data-driven sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage VIP clients, agencies, and corporate stakeholders.
- Leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, revenue management tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability across villas, dining outlets, spas, and facilities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with luxury travel agents, corporate partners, and high-value clients to enhance revenue streams.
- Position and promote the resort's unique offerings, including sustainable design, private pool villas, and holistic wellness experiences.
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and surpass performance targets.
- Analyze market trends, conduct competitor benchmarking, and create accurate revenue forecasts.
- Drive sales strategies for private events, weddings, and corporate retreats to attract a diverse clientele.
