Our client is a beachfront boutique luxury resort located in Kuta, Bali, known for its vibrant energy, surf culture, and iconic sunsets. They are currently seeking a Cluster Director of Revenue to lead revenue strategy and performance across their Bali and Hong Kong properties. This role is responsible for maximizing overall revenue through strategic planning, data-driven insights, and close collaboration with commercial teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, including multi-property or cluster experience
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving revenue performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic revenue initiatives across multiple properties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead communication of revenue strategies across all departments, working closely with the General Manager to ensure alignment and active engagement from the front office and reservations teams across two properties.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies tailored to all market segments and distribution channels to drive market share growth.
  • Apply structured revenue management practices to optimize overall profitability and continuously refine systems and procedures across both locations.
  • Compile relevant data to build a reliable bookings and events database, serving as the foundation for accurate forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Monitor booking trends, lead times, and market patterns in a structured, data-driven format.
  • Analyze internal performance metrics and market intelligence to benchmark against competitors and adjust forecasts accordingly.
  • Strategically manage special market events, ensuring forward planning is in place to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain and optimize distribution platforms, ensuring accurate rate and inventory availability across all channels.
  • Lead regular revenue strategy meetings to review performance, align on goals, and implement action plans for low-demand period.
  • Oversee all key distribution systems such as SiteMinder, SynXis, and Protel, ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Generate accurate weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and standard performance reports.
  • Supervise the accuracy and usability of hotel rate grids, ensuring all rate structures are easy to interpret and up-to-date.
  • Conduct regular cross-training with hotel leaders and reservations staff to ensure smooth handling of client inquiries and improve booking conversion.
  • Support rate qualification processes and ensure proper distribution of contracted pricing structures.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for OTAs, identifying and leveraging promotional opportunities while managing dedicated campaigns.
  • Ensure timely updates and visibility of all corporate rates across relevant distribution systems.
  • Collaborate with the event sales team in providing appropriate group rates and support conversion.
  • Keep all hotel, room, and rate descriptions up to date across OTAs, GDS, and other platforms.
  • Partner with the regional sales and marketing team and hotel leadership in developing and achieving the annual rooms revenue budget.
  • Consistently meet deadlines for all assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards relating to conduct, performance, workplace safety, and service expectations.
  • Participate in scheduled training programs and actively apply learnings within day-to-day operations.
