Our client is an international Restaurant & lounge, located in Canggu, where modern dining meets elevated nightlife in one of Bali's trendiest destinations.

They are seeking a visionary and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead their branding, digital presence, and promotional strategies, someone who can bring fresh ideas, elevate the guest experience, and position the venue as a standout destination in Bali's competitive F&B and lifestyle scene.

Key Requirements:

  • Background in hospitality with Bali working experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a Marketing department.
  • Proven experience in both offline and online marketing with a strong creative flair and the ability to execute impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Solid background in creating and implementing marketing strategies within the F&B and lifestyle industries.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, strategic planning, and team management skills.
  • Experience handling marketing for lifestyle restaurant brands like nightclubs, or day clubs is highly preferred.
  • Strong adaptability in understanding and aligning with brand identity, team dynamics, and organizational culture.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, must be comfortable working with a multicultural team including expatriates.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box, craft unique promotional strategies, and project a long-term marketing vision.
  • Well-connected within the industry and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Open to both local and expat talents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the brand, product offerings, lifestyle events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Lead all digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, email marketing, website updates, and online advertising.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content, visual assets, and promotional materials that align with the brands identity.
  • Plan and execute marketing activations, brand partnerships, and promotional events aimed at increasing visibility, foot traffic, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to refine marketing tactics.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure all campaigns deliver measurable results and return on investment.
  • Oversee public relations efforts, maintaining strong relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging and presentation across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
