Our client, an eco-luxury wellness resort in Bali, is seeking an experienced and passionate Human Resources Manager.

As a leader in Human Resources, he/she works alongside the executive team to carry out the daily activities of Human Resources, including oversight of recruitment, administration, general affairs and training and development to foster a productive and engaged workforce.

Your role is crucial in developing and implementing strategic human resource policies to align with organisational goals while ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. 

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 2 years as a Human Resources Manager.
    (Recruitment, Administration, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, etc.)
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, eco-tourism, or high-end resort environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices in the hospitality sector.
  • Proven ability to design and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in performance management, training, and professional development programs.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics for HR metrics.
  • Ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of a luxury eco-villa environment.
  • Able to demonstrate skills in financial analysis, especially for the training cost.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain  and provide essential supporting documents for employees on a daily basis, including insurance-related documents, official letters, and personal data records.
  • Managing legal and compliance practices
  • Serve as the primary document controller for all HR data, maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Address employee needs and concerns promptly, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assess, screen, and interview job candidates.
  • Monitor and support new hires throughout their probationary period.
  • Develop and implement the HR Talent Management and Learning system, policies, and procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison for employees who have inquiries on job-related issues.
  • Collaborate on accommodation, transport, and catering for our employees when needed.
  • Administer remuneration, severance, and benefits policies
  • Make sure the entire staff complies with relevant safety and health rules.
  • Assist with the preparation, coordination, and execution of employee programs and events, such as regular staff meetings, annual employee parties, and community service projects, among others.
