Beauty and Spa Therapist

Our esteemed client, an ultra-luxury resort nestled amidst the pristine beauty of the Maldives, is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty and Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional wellness experiences to their discerning guests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a variety of beauty and spa treatments, including manicures, pedicures, facials, and massage therapies.
• Additional Hairdressing skill is a plus.
• Young, energetic, and service-oriented professional with a passion for wellness and personal care.
  
• Certification or formal training in relevant beauty and spa disciplines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and personal grooming.
• Ability to manage appointments efficiently and maintain a welcoming, relaxing environment.
• Flexible and adaptable with a strong commitment to guest (host) satisfaction.
• Previous experience in a wellness, hospitality, or spa environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments exclusively to resort hosts, including haircare, skincare, and massage services
• Ensure each treatment is performed to the highest standards of hygiene, technique, and client care
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil environment in the Host Wellness Center
• Support the overall wellbeing and morale of the resorts internal team through attentive, personalized service
• Coordinate appointments through the Host Shop system and manage daily schedules effectively
• Keep accurate records of treatments, client preferences, and inventory of products
• Collaborate with the HR Department to promote wellness initiatives and host engagement programs
• Continuously update skills and knowledge of spa trends and techniques through training and development opportunities
