Our client, a 5-star international luxurious beachfront retreat with a majestic mountain view, is actively seeking a Spa Manager to lead and elevate the overall spa operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, overseeing daily treatments and wellness services, managing team performance, and implementing strategies to drive revenue and uphold the property's high standards of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within luxury hospitality or wellness environments.
  • Proven track record of managing spa operations, treatments, and team performance.
  • Strong knowledge of wellness trends, holistic treatments, and spa product offerings.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and guest service skills.
  • Proficient in budgeting, inventory management, and revenue strategies.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and lead a diverse team of therapists and spa staff.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
  • Lead, train, and manage the spa team to maintain service excellence and professionalism.
  • Develop and implement spa treatment menus and wellness offerings aligned with guest preferences and brand identity.
  • Monitor and drive spa revenue, control costs, and manage inventory and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments (such as Rooms, Sales, and Marketing) to promote spa packages and wellness events.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and implement service improvements as needed.
