Our client, a 5* eco-luxury resort with a tranquil oceanfront sanctuary known for its natural beauty, is seeking an expatriate Executive Assistant Manager.

This role is pivotal in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments to uphold exceptional service standards and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Open to expatriate candidates with at least 5 years of experience in leadership roles for luxury properties in Southeast Asia. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Similar experience in luxury or boutique hotel/resort experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing diverse teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent leadership skills: highly organized, proactive, disciplined and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations both in rooms and food & beverage departments.
  • International experience is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across all departments, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Monitor and maintain high service standards to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supervise and mentor department heads to ensure team alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
  • Oversee cost control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining service quality.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies that align with the property's vision and goals.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and drive their execution.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, VIPs, and key stakeholders.
  • Act as a representative of the hotel during events, meetings, and public engagements.
  • Provide regular updates to the General Manager on operational performance, challenges, and achievements.
  • Ensure effective communication between departments to promote seamless operations.
  • Assist in managing emergencies and unexpected situations, ensuring guest and staff safety.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans for business continuity.
