Our client, the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Bahrain, is seeking dedicated and service‑oriented professionals to join its hospitality team as Waiters or Waitresses.

Applicants should bring at least two years of relevant experience and a strong dedication to delivering high‑quality service within a respected government environment.

The employment package includes full relocation flight support, a competitive salary, optional overtime, shared accommodation, meals, transportation, visa sponsorship, 36 days of annual leave per year, and a return flight upon successful completion of the contract.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a waiter/waitress in a reputable and international restaurant or hotel establishment.
  • Committed to fulfilling a 2-year contract.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, multitasking.
  • Attention to detail, menu memorisation.
  • Proficiency with POS systems.
  • Must provide a valid reference from previous employment.
  • Food safety/handler certification is an advantage.
  • Experienced working abroad is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional food and beverage service to officers and guests at the Ministry's Officers Club in accordance with service standards.
  • Set up and prepare dining areas before service.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Support daily operations and special events, including sports activities, buffet nights, and official gatherings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas in line with Ministry regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally, ensuring clear communication in English.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow during shifts.
  • Follow Bahrain Ministry rules and regulations, including working hours, overtime procedures, and service protocols.
  • Assist in event setup and breakdown as required based on shift duty and operational needs.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude, representing the Officers Club with high service standards.
