Cashier and Server

Our client is a speciality coffee company recognised globally for its modern concept stores, artisanal offerings, and innovative culinary approach. They are currently seeking Cashiers and Servers to handle cashiering, maintain area cleanliness, take customer orders, and deliver orders to the tables.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Cashier or Server in F&B outlet in Bali
  
• Basic knowledge of POS systems
  
• Good communication and customer-service skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Well-presented, punctual, and detail-oriented
  
• Team player with a positive attitude
  
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  
• Good communication & English skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and managing POS transactions
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area
  
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  
• Serve and deliver orders to guests tables
  
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service
  
• Support daily café operations as needed
