Our client is a beachfront boutique luxury 5* resort located in South Bali, known for its vibrant energy, chic lifestyle, diverse dining destinations, and iconic sunsets. They are currently seeking a highly driven and creative Executive Sous Chef to lead the culinary team to service excellence, ensuring exceptional standards, consistency, and innovation across all outlets.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment

Strong passion for food culture and emerging culinary trends

Valid Food Safety Handler certification (mandatory)

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse kitchen team

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Highly innovative, curious, and creative with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences

Dynamic personality with a fresh, unconventional approach to the culinary scene

Indonesian citizen only

Experience in Bali or Indonesia preferred.
